The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, has signed a new decree that defines the list of categories of workers with special working conditions and establishes the duration of their working hours.
This act was prepared in accordance with the updated version of the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and covers more than one hundred different categories of workers.
The Cabinet of Ministers emphasizes that the implementation of this decree will contribute to improving the legal regulation in the field of labor relations, as well as enhancing the efficiency of labor standardization and planning of labor processes.
