Complaints have been received at the Kaktus.media Call Center from residents of "Ak-Ordo" regarding a serious shortage of bus routes.

Local residents report: "In our area, there is a catastrophic lack of buses. Every day we face the same problem — first we wait a long time, and then we travel in an overcrowded bus, which causes a lot of inconvenience. We need at least one additional bus line, similar to route No. 6. We, adults, can endure, but it is especially sad for the children. We ask the authorities to pay attention to our situation."

Response from the City Hall

The Municipal Enterprise "Bishkek City Transport" reported that work is underway to increase the number of additional trips.

“At the specified stop, routes No. 6, 227, 61, 222, 169, 15, 36, and 103 are serviced. The average interval between buses is 8-10 minutes. However, due to narrow streets and traffic jams, delays may increase,” commented the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkek City Transport."

The municipality also emphasizes that this issue is under the control of the enterprise's management, and efforts to improve the accessibility of public transport will continue.
