The Days of Kyrgyz Cinema will take place in Astana on January 29-30.

In the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana, an event dedicated to Kyrgyz cinema will take place, organized by the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan. As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the event is scheduled for January 29 and 30 and aims to deepen cultural ties between the two countries.

The official opening of the Kyrgyz Film Days will take place on January 29 at 18:00. During the ceremony, viewers will be able to see the feature film "Kara, kyzy, sary" (Black, Red, Yellow) directed by Aktan Arym Kubat, which has been nominated from Kyrgyzstan for the Oscar award.

The following day, January 30, also at 18:00, there will be a screening of the thriller drama "Kachkyn" (The Fugitive) directed by Dastan Japar uulu.

The films will be shown in the Kyrgyz language with Russian subtitles, and admission to the events is free.
