Tagaev noted that changes will be made to the regulatory legal acts concerning the film industry, and artistic requirements will be reviewed. One of the key changes will be the mandatory presence of Kyrgyz subtitles for foreign films, which, according to the official, may cause dissatisfaction among some distributors.
The Deputy Minister added: "We are preparing all the necessary documents. Changes will be made soon, and of course, we expect that some of you may express dissatisfaction and come with complaints. However, we are counting on your support," Tagaev said during the discussion.
