Marlen Mamataliev reminded that he had previously proposed to conduct additional legalization of cars with foreign license plates. However, at that time, Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce Iskender Asylkulov stated that government agencies did not have accurate information on the number of such vehicles.
“He said that if I help determine the number of cars, this issue could be discussed. Now the list is ready, and it includes about 2000 cars. There is an opportunity to conduct legalization again. Last time, it helped replenish the budget by 1.8 billion soms. An additional campaign could also contribute to the budget,” Mamataliev noted, addressing the cabinet of ministers with a request to issue the appropriate directive.
