On February 18, a ceremony for the oath-taking of four new deputies took place at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh.

Among the newly elected parliamentarians, three represent constituency No. 13. Their certificates and badges were presented to them by the chairman of the Central Election Commission, Tynchtyk Shainazarov, after which the deputies took their oath. These are Aibek Altynbekov, Talant Mamytov, and Aigul Karabekova.

It should be noted that the elections held on November 30, 2025, for constituency No. 13 were declared invalid due to violations related to the installation of cameras by observers at polling stations. In this regard, the Central Election Commission scheduled repeat elections for March 1, 2026. However, on February 13, the commission changed its decision, recognizing the elections as valid. This resulted in the new composition of the parliament starting work not in full: 87 deputies took the oath instead of the required 90.

Azizbek Abdullaev became the fourth new deputy, receiving a mandate from Eldar Sulaymanov, who left the parliament early. After receiving his certificate and badge, he also took the oath.
