In his biography submitted to the Central Election Commission, Abdullaev stated that he is 37 years old and graduated from the law faculty of Osh State University in 2011.

He began his career in 2010, working in the patrol service of the Osh region. From 2015 to 2016, he served as an inspector in the Aravan Department of Internal Affairs, and then became the head of the juvenile affairs department.
In the parliamentary elections held on November 30, 2025, Azizbek Abdullaev received 7.35% of the votes in district No. 5.
