Eldar Sulaymanov, born on July 3, 1985, is the son of Nurlan Sulaymanov, who previously held the position of Minister of Transport and Communications. He represented the political party "Ata-Jurt Kyrgyzstan" in the VII convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh and was elected from the Aksy multi-mandate electoral district No. 5 (Jalal-Abad region) in the VIII convocation of parliament.

In January of this year, Eldar Sulaymanov's name became a topic of discussion in the media and social networks due to allegations made by his ex-wife Asel Azamatova regarding domestic violence. She reported on social media about repeated violence from her former husband. The Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek provided information that an investigation is being conducted in this case. In response to the allegations, Eldar Sulaymanov himself stated that they are one-sided and require proper legal assessment.

Some political experts also suggest that Eldar Sulaymanov may have been involved in collecting signatures for the "Appeal 75."
