The CEC reviewed the election results in district No. 13 and recognized them as valid
The Central Election Commission (CEC) has reviewed the results of the elections to the Jogorku Kenesh that took place in multi-mandate district No. 13, where the results had previously been annulled. The elections are now recognized as valid; however, the results for one of the candidates have been annulled.

The reason for the re-analysis was the materials provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan. During the investigation, violations related to the use of mobile phones at polling stations were identified. These actions were linked to supporters of candidate Bakyt Sydykov. No criminal cases were initiated against other candidates.

As a result of the CEC meeting, several important decisions were made. The commission annulled its previous resolution, which had declared the voting results in district No. 13 invalid, and recognized the elections as valid.

The decision regarding the invalidity of the voting results only concerned candidate Bakyt Sydykov, taking into account the violations identified by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

After the recount of votes, the deputies recognized Aibek Altynbekov, Talant Mamytov, and Aigul Karabekova.

The previously made decision to hold repeat elections in this district was also annulled.

Nine members of the CEC voted in favor of the new resolution, while two voted against.

It should be noted that earlier the CEC annulled the voting results in district No. 13 due to violations and scheduled repeat elections.

Early parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan took place on November 30, 2025.

In district No. 13, there were 65,016 registered voters, of whom 30,000 cast their votes, which accounted for 39.44% of the total. Fourteen candidates participated in the elections.

According to the voting results, Bakyt Sydykov received 17,397 votes, while Aibek Altynbekov came in second with 13,477 votes. Among the female candidates, Aigul Karabekova received the highest number of votes — 8,839, while Talant Mamytov received over 12,000 votes.
