Urmattbek Shamyrkanov will now serve as the Minister of Emergency Situations.
Akyil Toktobaev will head the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision.
The position of Minister of Transport and Communications has been taken by Talantbek Soltobaev.
Urmattbek Shamyrkanov has experience working in the emergency services system, having previously held the position of Deputy Minister. The agency was previously headed by Boobek Ajikeev.
Akyil Toktobaev was the director of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzgeologia," which is subordinate to the Ministry of Natural Resources, before his appointment. This ministry was previously headed by Meder Mashiev.
Talantbek Soltobaev was the First Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications before his appointment. In September 2025, he was arrested as part of an investigation related to the major repairs of Sheraliyev and Lenin streets in Naryn, but was soon released from his position. The Ministry of Transport was previously headed by Absattar Syrgabaev.
