President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov has signed decrees appointing acting heads for several ministries:
- Urmattbek Shamyrkanov has become the acting Minister of Emergency Situations. His candidacy will be submitted to the Jogorku Kenesh for approval as Minister.
- Talantbek Soltobaev has been appointed acting Minister of Transport and Communications, and his candidacy will also be presented for approval in parliament.
- Akyil Toktobaev has been appointed acting Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision. His candidacy will also be proposed for approval in the Jogorku Kenesh.
