The Minister of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic, Major General Ruslan Mukambetov, addressed the attendees with a congratulatory speech. He noted that the most important issues for the state remain the enhancement of defense capabilities and support for the army.
The Minister emphasized: "The state pays significant attention to the social protection of military personnel. We will continue our efforts to provide them with housing, build military towns with modern infrastructure, and elevate the status of defenders of the Fatherland."
During the event, a festive order "On the Encouragement of the Personnel of the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic" was announced. Officers and soldiers who distinguished themselves for outstanding achievements in their service and exemplary fulfillment of military duty were awarded departmental medals and certificates of honor.
