Kurmankul Zulushiev, head of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Local Self-Government, and Regulations, reported that the parliamentary group "Ala-Too" proposed the candidacy of Gulkan Moldobekova for the position of head of the Committee on Labor, Health, Women's Affairs, and Social Issues. In turn, Suyunbek Omurzakov was nominated by the parliamentary group "Adilet Kyrgyzstan" for the position of chair of the Committee on Judicial and Legal Affairs, Law Enforcement, Combating Crime, and Counteracting Corruption.
The "Adilet Kyrgyzstan" group also proposed Zhyldyz Kurmanalieva for the position of deputy chair of the Committee on Judicial and Legal Affairs.
Edita Taigaraeva, chair of the Audit Commission, announced the results of the secret ballot, where the distribution of votes among the deputies was as follows:
- Gulkan Moldobekova: 74 votes "for", 0 "against";
- Suyunbek Omurzakov: 79 votes "for", 2 "against";
- Zhyldyz Kurmanalieva: 77 votes "for", 2 "against".
