The Cabinet has made changes to the resolution on the ban on the export of oil and oil products from the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Cabinet of Ministers has made changes to its resolution regarding the temporary ban on the export of oil and petroleum products outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union. This is reflected in document No. 159, published on March 7, 2026.

Although the general ban on the export of oil and a number of petroleum products transported by road and rail continues to be in effect, the list of exceptions has been expanded. The changes concern the following:

"The second paragraph of the first point is to be stated in a new version:

" - by road and rail transport of oil (code 2709 of the EAEU Customs Nomenclature) and petroleum products (code 2710 of the EAEU Customs Nomenclature), except for gasoline AI-92 (K-2), gasoline AI-80, diesel fuel (K-2), naphtha intended for processing at the plants of the limited liability company 'China Petrol Company 'Junda' and the open joint-stock company 'Kyrgyzneftegaz', as well as fuel oil and heating oil (code 2710 of the EAEU Customs Nomenclature), produced at domestic oil refineries".

This resolution comes into effect from the moment of its official publication.
