The body of a young woman was discovered on the outskirts of the capital of Kyrgyzstan. According to the Bishkek City Police Department, the suspect in this crime attempted to commit suicide.
According to information received at the duty station on February 4, 2026, at 23:04, a report was made to the number "102" about the discovery of a woman's body near the bypass road.
The investigative operational group of the Pervomaisky District immediately went to the scene. Upon arrival, it was confirmed that a corpse with signs of violent death had indeed been found.
A criminal case was initiated under Article 122 (Murder) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The deceased was identified as a citizen S.B., born in 2006.
Law enforcement officers quickly identified the suspect, 19-year-old N.A.
When the police arrived at his home, he attempted to commit suicide by inflicting several stab wounds on himself. He was given first aid, after which an ambulance crew was called.
At the moment, N.A. is in a medical facility under guard.
Necessary materials have been collected for conducting forensic examinations, and the pre-trial investigation continues in accordance with the criminal procedural norms of Kyrgyzstan.
