In the Alamudun district, there was an incident involving a shepherd who illegally embezzled property from a farm worth 3.7 million soms. This was reported by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region.
It became known that a representative of the "K.J." farm addressed the Alamudun district police department, filing a complaint against a citizen, J.E., born in 1998.
According to the information, in October 2025, J.E., while being a shepherd, took on the responsibilities of caring for 50 calves until April 2026. However, in January 2026, he unlawfully sold the cattle, and the proceeds amounting to 3,700,000 soms were lost in online gambling.
A criminal case was initiated regarding this incident under Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning embezzlement and misappropriation of entrusted property. J.E. was detained in accordance with Part 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, the investigation of the criminal case is ongoing.
