According to the agency's information, in the 2000s, a plot of 0.86 hectares was illegally privatized by private individuals. As a result of the transaction, warehouses for storing agricultural products were also transferred into private hands. The transfer of these assets was formalized in violation of legislation and without the appropriate title documents.
As a result of the investigative actions, the following were returned to the state:
- a building for drying grain and fruits;
- warehouse premises for storing products;
- additional auxiliary structures;
- a plot of land measuring 0.86 hectares.
