A resident of the capital approached law enforcement, recounting the demands of his acquaintance. Since January 2026, the girl insisted on a payment of 5 million soms, threatening him with physical harm and imprisonment.
A criminal case has been initiated in this matter under Article 208 ("Extortion") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Police officers detained 19-year-old K.A., born in 2007, at the moment she was receiving 300,000 soms. She has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
An investigation is currently underway.
