The incident has been recorded in the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations, and a preliminary investigation is currently underway.
As a result of the investigation under Article 126 (petty hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, four individuals were detained: G.A., born in 1989, K.T., born in 1997, P.L., born in 2002, and Y.G., born in 1996. All of them were placed in the temporary detention facility of the local administration.
Each of the detainees received a fine of 5,500 soms by the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court.
