A citizen of the capital approached law enforcement authorities. He reported that on September 16, 2025, he handed over his 2019 "Range Rover" for temporary use, with the condition that it would be sold. However, after the sale of the vehicle, the money was not returned to him.
This incident has been classified as fraud under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The suspects turned out to be young individuals: M.A., born in 1999, and T.A., born in 2001. They were taken to a temporary detention facility.
An investigation is currently underway.
