It is reported that on February 11, 2026, information was received at the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata district regarding the possible storage and distribution of drugs in a house located in the village of Novopokrovka. An investigative team went to the specified address, and the obtained data was confirmed.
During the operational activities, around 1:30 PM, a young man was detained. During a personal search, a white powdery substance was found on him, packaged in wraps and secured with tape.
The suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, investigative actions are being conducted to clarify all the circumstances of the case and possible accomplices. The investigation is ongoing.
