The total damage amounted to 260 thousand dollars
A statement was received at the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs from a citizen U.L., in which he reported a fraud committed by citizen S.N. According to him, from February to June 2025, on Isakeyeva Street in Bishkek, S.N. acquired 10 electric cars using deception and trust.
He assured that he would sell the cars and return the full amounts of money. However, to this day, neither the cars have been returned nor the funds paid, after which the man disappeared.
According to preliminary data, the amount of damage is estimated at 260 thousand dollars.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated under the article "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, S.N., born in 2002, was detained and brought to the Investigative Service, where he was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs.
