The police, having received operational information, initiated a preventive operation called "Den" and conducted a check of the area. During the operation, law enforcement witnessed the placement of a stash and detained two young individuals — A.B., born in 2006, and A.T., born in 2007.
Fifty packets of synthetic drugs prepared for sale were found with the detainees. It was established that they received the narcotic substances through Telegram channels, then packaged and hid them in stash spots around the city.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (illegal manufacture of narcotic substances for the purpose of sale). During investigative actions at the residence of one of the detainees, electronic scales, packaging materials, tape, shrink tubes, gloves, and masks — all necessary for drug packaging — were seized.
The suspects have been placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is ongoing.
