According to the press service of the Internal Affairs Department, a video recording of the conflict was circulated on social media. "It has been established that the conflict arose at the intersection of Leo Tolstoy and Nekrasov streets. Currently, efforts are being made to identify all participants in the incident. After the investigation is completed, a legal assessment of their actions will be made, and necessary measures will be taken in accordance with the legislation of Kyrgyzstan," the Internal Affairs Department added.
Law enforcement agencies urge citizens to treat each other with respect on the roads, to maintain order, and to avoid provocations that may lead to conflicts and violations of the law.
