An earthquake with a magnitude of 4 occurred near the capital of Kyrgyzstan

According to information from the Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences, an earthquake with a magnitude of 4 has been recorded in Kyrgyzstan. This event occurred on March 7 at 17:50.

The epicenter was located 15 kilometers northeast of the village of Jumgal, 17 kilometers southwest of Mantysh, 53 kilometers southwest of Kochkor, as well as 100 kilometers northwest of Naryn and 105 kilometers southeast of the country's capital, Bishkek.

As for the intensity, in the settlements of Jumgal, Kyzart, Lama, and Mantysh it was about 3.5, while in the villages of Ortok, Kyzyl-Dobo, Ak-Chiy, and Chon-Dobo it was 3.
