
The land plot has been returned to the state
In Bishkek, a land plot of 10.72 hectares has been returned, which was previously sold illegally to private individuals. This became known on March 10 from a statement by the Prosecutor General's Office.
According to the information from the supervisory authority, the prosecutor's office of the Alamudun district, during a check of compliance with land legislation, found that in 2006 this plot, located in the Tash-Dobon rural area, was unlawfully transferred to private ownership. Currently, this plot is under the jurisdiction of the city of Bishkek.
The value of the returned land plot is 9 billion 161 million 526 thousand 400 soms.
