The Prosecutor's Office of the Bazar-Korgon District conducted an investigation, during which it was established that a plot of agricultural land had been illegally transferred to private ownership. This information was announced by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office.
As a result of the investigation, it was revealed that in 2006, a plot of 9.2 hectares, located in the village of 1 Maya of the Kenesh Ayil Okmotu, was removed from state ownership in violation of land legislation norms.
Thanks to the actions of the prosecutors, this plot, which has a market value of 7 million 763 thousand soms, was fully returned to municipal ownership.
