They illegally allocated a land plot of 1.01 hectares
The State Committee for National Security (SCNS) reported the detention of former officials of the Tash-Dobon rural administration, located in the Alamudun district of the Chui region, on charges of abuse of office.
The investigation revealed that these individuals, acting in collusion, illegally allocated a land plot of 1.01 hectares to a certain R.E.R, located in the "Seyil" area.
According to the findings of the Land and Water Supervision Service under the Ministry of Agriculture, the allocation of this land plot violated the norms of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In this regard, the SCNS of the Kyrgyz Republic initiated a criminal case on the grounds of a crime stipulated by Article 337, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and detained one of the suspects - "N.A.K".
