The investigation revealed that several former officials of the Tash-Dobon rural council, having united in a criminal conspiracy, transferred a plot measuring 1.01 hectares to a citizen R.E.R. This plot is located within the boundaries of "Seil" in the territory of the Tash-Dobon rural council in the Chui region.
According to the conclusion provided by the Land and Water Supervision Service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic, the process of allocating this land plot was carried out with clear violations of the country's legislation.
In this case, the GKNB initiated criminal prosecution for an act that falls under part 3 of article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Abuse of official position). Within the framework of this investigation, a citizen N.A.K. was detained.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing, and law enforcement agencies are working to identify other individuals involved in this land scheme.
