The State Committee for National Security (GKNB) of Kyrgyzstan has confirmed the fact of illegal transfer of a land plot in the village of Tash-Dobo, located in the Alamudun district.
As a result of operational activities, it was established that a number of former officials of the Tash-Dobo Ayil Okmotu, acting in collusion, illegally allocated a land plot of 1.01 hectares located in the "Seil" area in the same district of Chui region to a citizen R.E.R.
According to information provided by the Land and Water Supervision Service of the Ministry of Agriculture, serious violations of legislation were committed during the issuance of this plot.
Based on the collected evidence, the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic initiated a criminal case under Article 337, Part 3 of the country's Criminal Code, and detained the suspect N.A.K. Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to identify other individuals involved in this incident.
