According to law enforcement agencies, former officials of the Tash-Dobon rural administration, acting in collusion, transferred the plot located in the "Seil" area to citizen R.E.R.
According to the conclusion of the State Service for Land and Water Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture, the allocation of this plot violated the norms of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 337, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to identify other possible participants in the crime.
