As a result of the investigation by the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic (GKNB KR), it was established that employees of the Administrative Court of Osh Region abused their official positions. Their actions involved the falsification of documents and the creation of fictitious jobs for so-called "dead souls."
According to the information from the security service, employees O.N.O., A.u.B., and K.u.B., acting out of self-interest, organized a criminal conspiracy to gain illegal benefits by entering false data about the labor activities of fictitious workers.
These criminal actions caused significant material damage to the state, undermined trust in the judicial system, and created favorable conditions for the emergence of a negative moral climate within the court staff.
In connection with the above, a criminal case was opened under Article 337 (abuse of official position) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, as a result of which the head of the office and several responsible employees of the Administrative Court of Osh Region were detained in the GKNB KR detention center.
