The investigation established that individuals O.N.O., A.u.B., and K.u.B. provided false information about the employment activities of so-called "dead souls".
"The criminal actions of these employees caused significant material damage to the state, undermined the reputation of the judicial system, and created an unfavorable moral climate within the team of the Administrative Court of the Osh Region," the press service noted.
In relation to the mentioned employees, the investigative department of the GKNB in Osh and the Osh Region initiated a criminal case under Article 337 ("Abuse of Office") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Employees, including the head of the office, have been placed in the GKNB detention center. The investigation is currently ongoing.
