
In the Chui region, in the city of Kara-Balta, a tragedy occurred: a woman is suspected of murdering her husband, according to information from the regional police department.
A report of the incident was received on March 11 by the Jayil District Police Department from a citizen, U.V., who confessed to killing her husband, P.A., on Kosmonavtov Street.
Investigative authorities arrived at the scene and found that the incident took place on the night of March 11.
According to available information, around midnight on the night of March 11, U.V., born in 1968, was at home with her husband, P.A., born in 1971. During their joint consumption of alcohol, a conflict arose between them, during which the husband began to insult her and exert psychological pressure.
Tired after two days of work, U.V. was in the living room and wanted to rest; however, her husband's insults provoked a storm of emotions in her. In a fit of anger, she took a knife from the kitchen and inflicted a stab wound to his throat. The man died at the scene from his injuries.
After the incident, the woman packed her belongings, anticipating a possible arrest, and went to bed. In the morning, she moved her husband's body to the hallway and reported the incident to emergency services at 102.
The knife was seized from the scene, and the body of the deceased was sent to the morgue.
The suspect was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility; the investigation is ongoing.
