According to law enforcement information, the district hospital received a report that the victim had sustained a gunshot wound after a fight and soon died.
An investigative operational group arrived at the scene. The man's body was found in the cabin of a KIA K5 car located in the yard of one of the houses. It was established that the deceased was a citizen named O.Z., born in 1993. Upon examination of the body, injuries to the abdomen and signs of beating on the face were discovered.
During the investigation at the scene, in a hayloft, the police found a single-barrel sawed-off shotgun of the IZH 16 caliber with a cartridge in the chamber, as well as a fired shell casing.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 (Murder) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation established that the deceased was a classmate of citizens A.N. and O.A. The conflict between O.Z. and A.N. arose during the joint consumption of alcohol, during which A.N. fired the shotgun belonging to the homeowner O.A. The injury turned out to be fatal.
Both suspects — A.N., born in 1993, and O.A., born in 1991 — were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The court has imposed a preventive measure of arrest for two months.
The investigation is ongoing.
