According to the information, from February to March 1, the suspect managed to gain the trust of the complainant by offering her participation in a trading group on the messaging app Telegram with a promise of increased income.
Following the instructions from the group, G.N. opened bank accounts and electronic wallets in the "Mbank," "O!Money," and "Optima Bank" systems. As a result, the fraudsters took 40,000 soms from her, after which they stopped contacting her.
Based on this fact, law enforcement agencies initiated a criminal case under the article "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. During operational activities, the police identified and detained the suspect, born in 2000, known as N.I. She has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek.
According to law enforcement data, the suspect may be involved in more than 10 similar fraud cases. Investigative actions are ongoing.
