According to law enforcement agencies, on December 25, 2025, a citizen identified as O.U. approached the Oktobrskoe District Internal Affairs Department, reporting that on December 11, in the "Kok-Jar" area, a stranger named A.K. deceitfully took his money.

The applicant stated that the fraudster managed to gain his trust and, promising assistance in obtaining a driver's license, took 120,000 soms from him. However, the services he promised were never provided, and the money was not returned.
Based on the above, a criminal case was initiated under the article "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result of operational measures, officers of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek detained the suspect B.M., born in 1998. He was taken to the investigative department and placed in a temporary detention facility.
During the investigation, it was revealed that he may be involved in at least six similar crimes. Work is currently ongoing to identify other possible victims.
