
According to available information, on January 15, a statement was received at the Sverdlovsk District Internal Affairs Department from a representative of one of the commercial entities (LLC). In his appeal, he reported that on January 9, the suspect deceitfully took possession of $4,000, posing as a courier who was supposed to deliver vehicles along the route Khorgos — Moscow — Belgorod.
The investigation established that the perpetrator violated the agreed route, crossed the border of Kyrgyzstan through the Dunlarova checkpoint, and used four vehicles at his discretion. He spent the obtained funds on personal needs.

A criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 "Fraud in a particularly large amount" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, a citizen born in 1988 was detained. He has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of the capital, and by the decision of the Sverdlovsk District Court, he is being held in custody in pre-trial detention center No. 1 during the investigation.
It is also reported that four vehicles, which the suspect did not manage to sell, were found and seized, and they have been placed in a specialized impound lot. Furthermore, his connection to other similar crimes has been established.
