The suspect used Instagram for her schemes
In Bishkek, employees of the Interior Ministry of the October district arrested a woman suspected of cyber fraud. This information was provided by law enforcement agencies.
On January 14, 2026, a citizen M.N. contacted the police, reporting that certain individuals, acting through Instagram from the account bella_gadane.kg, gained her trust and promised to "open the way" for her. As a result, she transferred 523,366 soms to them, after which the fraudsters blocked her and ceased all communication.
A criminal case was initiated in accordance with Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, the identity of the suspect was established; she turned out to be a citizen B.E., born in 1993. She was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate.
Upon her arrest, the suspect was found with material evidence, including mobile phones, bank cards, advertising materials, as well as a sheet with business cards that had the number +996 500 38-06-75. A Quran, a book titled "Kabyil Bolgon Dualar," an old book with yellowed pages featuring a symbol resembling a Celtic Trinity knot, a tarot deck, and banknotes resembling 100 US dollar bills were also seized. All these items became part of the criminal case.
