The Prosecutor's Office of the Sokuluk District conducted an inspection and identified cases of illegal allocation of land plots.
According to the information from the supervisory authority, in 2021, a plot of land measuring 0.90 hectares was transferred into private ownership, located in the residential area of "Semetey" in the Manas rural municipality. This plot, classified as land for populated areas, was allocated to citizens in violation of current legislation.
As a result of the actions taken by the prosecutor's office, these plots, with a total value of 45 million 832 thousand 283 soms, were returned to state ownership.
