The Prosecutor's Office of the Jumgal District of the Naryn Region has identified cases of illegal allocation of land plots in the Chayek Ayil Okmotu.
In particular, it has been established that responsible officials of the ayil okmotu, abusing their official position, illegally allocated land plots totaling 2.35 hectares to citizens in 2022-2023 without the necessary applications and without following the established order. This information was provided by the General Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan.
A criminal case has been initiated on this fact under Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Abuse of Official Position"), and investigative actions are currently being conducted.
