As a result of the inspection conducted by the prosecutor's office, it was established that in 2012, land plots with a total area of 0.40 hectares, located in the territory of the Ormon-Khan ayil okmotu, were unlawfully transferred to citizens.

In response to these violations, the prosecutor's office prepared the appropriate response acts. As a result of the actions taken, the disputed land plots, valued at 7 million 200 thousand soms, were returned to municipal ownership.
The agency also emphasized that work to identify and prevent similar violations in the field of land relations will continue.
