In Bishkek, a drunk driver, fleeing from the patrol, "took" one of them with him

An incident involving a drunk driver occurred in Bishkek, where he caused a real chaos on the road.

The events unfolded on January 19 around six o'clock in the evening when patrol officers attempted to stop a Toyota Estima for a document check.

According to the press service of the Patrol Police, the driver ignored the patrol's commands and continued driving. Even with a Patrol Police inspector in his path, he passed by him at a distance of about 50 meters.

Ultimately, the violator was apprehended. As clarified by the press service of the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs, the driver was 37-year-old T.I., who was in a state of alcohol intoxication and did not have a driver's license. A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The detainee was placed in a temporary detention cell of the Department of Internal Affairs.
