As part of his working trip to the southern regions of the country, the Secretary General of the Kyrgyz Football Union (KFS) Mederbek Sydykov visited several stadiums to assess their condition.
According to a press release from the KFS, specialists responsible for the technical equipment of sports facilities also participated in the inspection.
During the visit, the following sports facilities were checked:
- The "Kurmanbek" Stadium in Manas, which is the home ground of FC "Muras United";
- The "Nefchi" Sports Complex in Kochkor-Ata, where FC "Nefchi" plays;
- The "Red Petroleum Arena" in Uzgen, owned by FC "Uzgen";
- The "Manas" Stadium in Kara-Suu, which is home to FC "OshMU".
The main goal of this visit was to determine the technical condition of the stadiums and their compliance with the necessary standards, as all the mentioned venues will host Premier League matches in the current season.
