Judoist from Kyrgyzstan Wins Bronze at the Open Masters Games 2026

At the Open Masters Games-2026, held in the United Arab Emirates, Kyrgyz judoka Dastanbek Nurmanbetov won a bronze medal in the category for athletes over 30 years old.

According to the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports of Kyrgyzstan, Nurmanbetov began the competition with a victory over a judoka from Jordan. However, in the second round, he suffered a defeat against an opponent from Uzbekistan. In the third round, the athlete managed to secure a victory over a representative from Kazakhstan, which allowed him to take third place in the tournament.
