Ernazar Akmataliev, representing Kyrgyzstan, has taken second place in the updated world ranking compiled by United World Wrestling (UWW).

This achievement was made possible by his successful performance at the tournament in Albania, where the wrestler competed in the 70-kilogram category and won a gold medal.

As a result of this success, Akmataliev moved up from third to second place, trailing only Olympic champion Yasinosuke Aoyagi from Japan.

At the same time, Akjol Mahmudov is ranked 31st in the world ranking. At the recent tournament in Tirana (Albania), he competed in the 82-kilogram weight category and finished 10th among 19 participants.

Additionally, another wrestler, Zholaman Sharshenbekov, has been removed from the UWW world ranking.
