World Champion from Japan to Hold Master Class in Bishkek

A master class will be held in Bishkek, conducted by Yosinosuke Aoyagi, the current world champion in freestyle wrestling from Japan.

This event is scheduled for February 11 at the Izabekov Wrestling Academy and will begin at 5:00 PM.

At just 23 years old, Aoyagi has already won a bronze medal at the Asian Championship in Astana in 2023. In 2024, he became a silver medalist at the tournament in Bishkek and also excelled at the World Championship in Albania, where he again won silver.

In 2025, the Japanese wrestler managed to reach the top of the podium, winning a gold medal in the 70 kg weight category at the World Championship held in Zagreb, Croatia.

At the tournament in Zagreb, he defeated Kyrgyz athlete Ernazar Akmataliev in the Round of 16.

Additionally, on February 13, Aoyagi will participate in an international tournament that will also take place in Bishkek.
