- A phone conversation took place between Volodymyr Zelensky and Donald Trump, during which plans for the next round of trilateral negotiations between Russia, Ukraine, and the USA, scheduled for early March, were discussed.
- According to Bloomberg, the new stage of negotiations may take place on March 4-5 with the participation of delegations from all three countries.
- On the night of February 25, Ukrainian drones attacked a nitrogen fertilizer plant in the Smolensk region, resulting in seven deaths and ten injuries. Residents of the nearby village of Pushkarevo were evacuated after the strike.
