- The Russian Ministry of Defense reported the downing of 55 Ukrainian drones on Monday evening: 31 of them over Bryansk region, 11 over Rostov, three over Belgorod, and two each in Volgograd and Ryazan regions, and one on approach to Moscow.
- Major General Yevgeny Khmara, who previously headed the "A" Special Operations Center of the SBU, is now acting head of the Security Service of Ukraine.
- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Vasily Malyuk, who is leaving the position of head of the SBU, will continue working on preparing "asymmetric operations" against Russia within the service.
- On Monday, Russian troops shelled several areas of Dnipropetrovsk region, resulting in four people being injured, including a 9-year-old girl, according to Vladislav Haivanenko, chairman of the regional administration.
- Steve Whitkoff, the U.S. president's special envoy, along with Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner, will participate in the "coalition of the willing" summit in Paris on Tuesday, where Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan is also expected to attend.
- A 24-year-old woman suspected of blowing up a vehicle belonging to a Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier was detained in Kyiv. Her capture took several hours.
