As a result of the work of the bailiff service under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, an amount of 1,035,694 soms was recovered in favor of the State Tax Service. This information was announced by representatives of the service.
According to available data, the Suzak District Department completed the enforcement proceedings in the case of LLC "Jasur-Komur" based on the decision of the Suzak District Court issued on September 24, 2025. The amount to be recovered was 1,035,694 soms.
During the enforcement process, coercive measures were taken, which allowed for the full recovery of the specified amount and its transfer to the claimant in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. The enforcement document was successfully executed and returned to the Suzak District Court.
